Pretty lame attempt at "cool"

I see this Fiat almost everyday and think "my god, that owner is compensating for his slow car by plastering it with stickers."  The foreign license plate is popular among some people here as it is everywhere in the world.  In Japan, car owners will put their main license plate on top of a foreign one.  Kinda lame I think.  However, if you look it a bit closer....

 ...it becomes very lame.
